Ana Kreacic

Ana Kreacic is a leader in management consulting, serving as partner and chief knowledge officer at Oliver Wyman, as well as chief operating officer of the Oliver Wyman Forum, the firm’s think tank. In these roles, Kreacic has led initiatives to enhance research, knowledge management, and organizational innovation, while connecting the firm to external thought leaders and commercializing new ideas. Her expertise spans more than two decades, with a focus on corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness, and the development of new business ventures, particularly in the technology and communications sectors.

Kreacic is recognized internationally as a speaker and author, with her insights on evolving human needs, leadership, and the impact of technology featured in publications such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, World Economic Forum, and MIT Sloan. She convenes senior leaders and board members to address global issues, and her work integrating customer insight with business strategy has supported organizations in becoming more customer- and employee-centric. Her public speaking engagements include appearances at conferences such as the Milken Institute Global Conference and the International Women's Day Forum.

Kreacic advocates for education, women’s empowerment, and mentoring, and has served as executive sponsor of the Women of Oliver Wyman Employee Resource Group. She sits on the boards of Upwardly Global and Stamford Symphony Orchestra, and is a member of Oliver Wyman’s Americas Leadership Team and Global Industries Leadership Team. Fluent in five languages and having lived internationally, Kreacic holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA in economics, magna cum laude with high honors, from the University of Maryland.
