Ana Kasparian

Ana Kasparian is an Armenian-American political commentator, journalist, and media host known for her influential presence in digital news media. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a Master of Arts in political science from California State University, Northridge, Kasparian began her career at CBS Radio news stations in Los Angeles, including KFWB and KNX. She later transitioned to digital media and became the co-host and executive producer of "The Young Turks," helping to establish the platform as a leading online news outlet with billions of views.

Kasparian has co-anchored alongside Cenk Uygur and hosted programs such as "The Point" and "NoFilter with Ana Kasparian." Her work extends to the Jacobin YouTube show "Weekends," and she has contributed to MSNBC. She participated in the inaugural group of YouTube creators engaging with world leaders at the Munich Security Conference. Her writing has appeared in The New York Times, Time, and as a regular op-ed column for Raw Story, reflecting her experience across broadcast, digital, and print journalism.
