Amnoni L. Myers is a foster care advocate, author, and public speaker whose career focuses on empowering youth and transforming systems that affect vulnerable populations. She is the founder of You Are The Prize, a speaking and consulting platform rooted in healing-centered leadership, personal transformation, and storytelling. Through keynotes, workshops and her bestselling book, "You Are The Prize: Seeing Yourself Beyond the Imperfections of Your Trauma," she helps people see themselves beyond the imperfections of their trauma and step into their power.

Myers is also the founder and CEO of Launch Ahead, a tech-enabled platform designed to support youth in foster care as they navigate the transition into adulthood.
