Aminah Paden

Aminah Paden is a media executive, entrepreneur, and CEO with a cross-industry career in communications and publishing. With a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University, Paden established a foundation in editorial strategy and media development. As executive editor for Sapphire Magazine, she contributed to the publication's launch in the United States and expanded the Sapphire brand into a platform featuring inspirational media and lifestyle content for women.

Paden's career includes roles as a developmental editor and author, with digital and print content reaching more than 2 million readers. She has completed projects for CEOs, professional athletes, and multinational brands, and her media business has provided services to more than 200 Fortune 500 companies, both directly and through subcontracts. Her work spans international markets, with clients in the United States, Sweden, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Paden has also contributed to communications efforts for nonprofit organizations.
