Alyssa Blask Campbell

Alyssa Blask Campbell, M.Ed., is an expert in emotional development and the founder and CEO of Seed & Sew, an organization focused on providing parents, teachers, and caregivers with resources to support emotional intelligence in children. With a master's degree in early childhood education, Campbell specializes in translating research on emotional intelligence and child development into practical strategies for families and educators worldwide.

Campbell co-created the Collaborative Emotion Processing (CEP) method with Lauren Stauble, an assistant professor of early education and mindfulness consultant. The CEP method, researched across the United States, offers a framework for adults to understand and respond to children's emotions. Campbell and Stauble co-authored the New York Times bestseller "Tiny Humans, Big Emotions: How to Navigate Tantrums, Meltdowns, and Defiance to Raise Emotionally Intelligent Children".
