Alyse Gaulin

Alyse Gaulin is an entrepreneur, mentor, and conscious leadership expert with a career spanning executive roles in the luxury fashion industry and performance coaching. Gaulin has more than 11 years of experience as an executive in the fashion sector, focusing on leadership and people development. During her tenure at Christian Louboutin, she held positions including vice president of buying and planning and director of merchandising and planning, overseeing financial accountability and business growth across categories such as footwear, handbags, accessories, and beauty. Prior to Christian Louboutin, Gaulin held buying roles at Gilt, including buyer for jewelry, watches, and vintage, and associate buyer for women's footwear.

In her leadership roles, Gaulin developed teams that contributed to significant business growth. She created a leadership model emphasizing conscious actions as essential for effective leadership, which gained attention across business industries.
