Alycia Anderson

Alycia Anderson is a podcast host, TEDx speaker, disability advocate, and inclusion champion with over seven years of experience as a diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI&A) consultant and founder of The Alycia Anderson Company, LLC. She is passionate about giving disability a voice, challenging stereotypes, and promoting inclusivity in the workplace and society.

Through her podcast, "Pushing Forward with Alycia," she delivers insightful, uplifting interviews and personal stories of living life with a disability and overcoming adversity. She also shares her journey globally as a motivational speaker and educator, helping organizations and communities understand the true benefits of building a diverse, inclusive, and accessible culture. Anderson holds a European master's degree in adapted physical activity and has been a wheelchair user since birth.

To add to her credibility, she was recently awarded the 2022 Employee Business Resource Group (EBRG) Program of the Year and the 2024 Distinguishing Alumni Award from California State University, Chico.
