Alisa Amarosa Wood

Alisa Amarosa Wood joined KKR in 2003 and is a Partner. She co-leads the firm’s two private equity open-ended, perpetual vehicles serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer of KKR Private Equity Conglomerate LLC and as a member of the investment committee for the KKR Private Markets Equity Fund. Previously, she was the Global Head of the Private Markets and Real Assets Strategies Group.

She sits on a number of the firm's management and leadership committees, including the Risk & Operating Committee, the Democratized Private Equity Investment Committee, the Sustainability Committee and the Geopolitical Governance Committee. She has been actively involved in the firm's global capital formation and business development efforts, including the creation of new strategies/products and strategic initiatives across the KKR platform. Prior to joining KKR, Wood was with Deutsche Bank's private equity group.

She holds a BA from Columbia College and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business. Wood is currently a trustee of Columbia University, the Vice Chair of the Convent of the Sacred Heart Board of Trustees and the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Public Theater of New York. She also sits on the Columbia University Investment Management Company Board, Columbia Business School Private Equity Board and the Private Equity Women’s Investor Network Board of Directors. She was named by the Wall Street Journal as one of the "Women to Watch" (2020) and by Private Equity International as one of the “Women of Influence in Private Equity” (2022).
