Alex Haskell

Alex Haskell is the general counsel and head of global affairs at ElevenLabs, a prominent AI audio company. ElevenLabs develops foundational models across the audio stack, including voice agents, text-to-speech, voice cloning, AI dubbing, music generation, and speech-to-text. Haskell's background includes experience in both private legal practice and government service. He previously worked as an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, focusing on corporate law and regulatory compliance. Before entering the private sector, Haskell served as counsel at the United States Senate, contributing to the Committee on the Judiciary. He later held senior roles in the executive branch, including special assistant to the president and chief of staff in the Office of Legislative Affairs at The White House, as well as senior deputy associate counsel. This range of experience across law firms, Capitol Hill, and the White House informs Haskell's perspective on legal and policy challenges in the AI industry.
