Dr. Alex Harris is an internationally celebrated recording artist, scholar and leadership strategist whose work lies at the intersection of creativity, human development and organizational innovation. Known for his electrifying stage presence and deeply inspiring communication style, Dr. Harris delivers transformative keynote experiences that merge live musical performance with research-based insights on leadership, purpose and the psychology of creativity. Dr. Harris is co-founder and president and CEO of the Arts Conservatory for Teens and founder of the SONANCE Global Initiative. Through those organizations he has developed one of the nation's most respected models for youth empowerment and creative workforce development. ACT has served more than 16,000 students and families, achieving a 100 percent high school graduation rate and more than a 90 percent college matriculation rate. The organization has been recognized by city, state and national leaders for advancing workforce readiness, equity and creativity through arts-based learning and social innovation.

He served as a visiting professor at Boston University School of Theology, where he taught Creative Arts in Theological Practice, and completed extended studies in adolescent counseling at Harvard University. Dr. Harris earned a doctorate in organizational leadership and curriculum development from Nova Southeastern University, completed extended studies in adolescent counseling at Harvard University, holds dual master's degrees in social work and theological studies from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in sociology and psychology from LaGrange College. His forthcoming book, "Awakening the Creative Conscience: The Art of Becoming Human in the Age of AI," explores how creativity, empathy and ethical intelligence will define human success in the era of artificial intelligence.
