Alex Draper is the CEO and founder of DX Learning Solutions, a Chicago-based leadership development firm focused on eliminating workplace toxicity and building organizations that prioritize employee well-being. Draper's career began as a trainee schoolteacher in the United Kingdom before transitioning to adult education, where he joined a global management training firm and developed expertise in experiential learning. He later moved to Chicago to lead the firm's Americas operation, consulting with Fortune 500 companies and identifying a critical gap in leadership development: an overemphasis on IQ, knowledge, and authority rather than emotional intelligence, behavior, and trust.
