Al Hambrick

Dr. Al Hambrick is a Texas-based entrepreneur and community leader whose career includes more than three decades in public education before transitioning into real estate investment and development. As the owner of Hambrick Triple H Investment Group, a real estate acquisition and construction company, Hambrick focuses on creating opportunities in the north and east Texas regions, working with and building new homes for families across the area.

Before founding his investment business, Hambrick dedicated 36 years to public education, spending 35 of those years with Sherman Independent School District in Sherman, Texas. He advanced to serve as the district's superintendent, overseeing a student body of nearly 7,000 and guiding the district to achievements such as graduating seniors earning over $1 million in college scholarships in a single year and hundreds of students earning college credit through advanced coursework. His leadership emphasized collaboration and high expectations, with a focus on student success.

After retiring from Sherman Independent School District, Hambrick applied his leadership experience to the private sector. His work with Hambrick Triple H Investment Group reflects community-focused values, emphasizing the development of livable environments and strengthening local communities. He also founded the Dr. Al Hambrick All Star Basketball Foundation, supporting youth development and community enrichment in the Denison and Sherman, Texas area.

Hambrick remains an active civic participant in the Sherman region, serving as a board member of Sherman Economic Development Corporation, where he contributes expertise in community development and real estate investment. His career path, from classroom teacher to school superintendent to real estate entrepreneur, positions him as a knowledgeable voice on leadership, community building, and reinvention.
