Previously, Gardner served as Head of IT and Vice President at Salud Family Health, where he led operational expansion for one of Colorado's largest community health networks, and as a technology executive at Inspirato, directing global technology operations through the company's successful IPO (NASDAQ: ISPO) in 2022.
