Aiman Ezzat

Aiman Ezzat is a seasoned global business leader and the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini SE, one of the world’s leading consulting, technology services, and digital transformation companies. He has held the top executive role since May 20, 2020, guiding the organization’s strategic direction, operational performance, and commitment to responsible innovation across more than 50 countries and hundreds of thousands of professionals.

Ezzat’s tenure at Capgemini spans over two decades and reflects a deep understanding of both the company’s core businesses and the broader evolution of the global technology landscape. Before becoming CEO, he served as Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2020, where he strengthened Capgemini’s operational capabilities and helped drive growth. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2018, earning recognition as one of Europe’s top financial executives—a testament to his leadership and financial acumen. Earlier in his career at Capgemini, Ezzat led the Financial Services Global Business Unit and contributed to strategic initiatives including geographic expansion and major acquisitions.

Educated in engineering and business, Ezzat holds a Master of Science in chemical engineering from the École Supérieure de Chimie Physique Électronique de Lyon in France and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. His academic and professional foundation in both technical and managerial disciplines has informed his approach to leading Capgemini through digital transformation, sustainability imperatives, and complex global challenges.

Under Ezzat’s leadership, Capgemini has worked to integrate innovations in cloud, AI, and digital platforms, while reinforcing the company’s commitments to inclusive growth and environmental responsibility.
