He's the author of the book, The Leadership Solution (McGraw-Hill), hailed as a must read by business leaders who want to develop their leadership bench strength.

He has consulted, written and spoken about managing communication and organizational change for 20 years. He was a principal, senior consultant and leader of Towers Perrin's business performance communication center of excellence before launching the Jim Shaffer Group.

Jim has worked with companies in nearly every industry, including technology, automotive, consumer products, education, transportation, health care, telecommunications, utilities, chemicals, retail, international shipping, insurance, financial services and electronics.
