Gary Richards develops and conducts employee learning & development workshops and seminars, and provides organizational development consulting & and business coaching. His clients are corporations and organizations in the USA, Canada, England, Holland, Germany, Belgium, Brazil, and Egypt.

Workshops for employees and managers are tailored carefully by Gary's advanced interviews within the sponsoring entity. His facilitation draws out participants' tacit knowledge relevant to topics being addressed. Participants complete preparation assignments in advance of each workshop, creating readiness for maximum learning and discovery. Gary's professional consulting background began with KPMG Peat Marwick as a management consultant. Before that, he was a stockbroker, a trust officer, and Director of a division of an international cross-cultural exchange organization. His consulting and teaching experience also includes:

Gary is co-author of the article "Energy Crisis in the Executive Suite" with R. Alec Mackenzie (author of "The Time Trap" and "It's About Time"). He also wrote the article "How to Manage the Information Explosion at Your Desk". He is listed in Who's Who in Business and Finance and In Who's Who in American Colleges & Universities.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Gary is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of both the American Society of Association Executives and the American Society for Training and Development. Gary attended law school at the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
