Victor Diali

For over 15 years Victor Diali has been investing his life into helping people across Nigeria and Africa succeed at work and at home. He is an experienced professional speaker, management consultant, trainer and human performance coach. He is the CEO/Managing Consultant of MOTIVO Training International and Victor Diali Seminars Ltd.

Victor has a burning passion for developing the potential in people which has led him to develop and publish some audio books on attitude, purpose and public speaking.

In the past he has held sales and management positions in United Bank for Africa, NCR, Hewlett Packard and recently Microsoft, from where he left to fulfil his dream of being a professional speaker.

In 1998, while working as a trainer for NCR Nigeria PLC, he became one of the first five Microsoft Certified Trainers in Nigeria and one of the earliest in Africa. For two years after that Victor taught IT certification courses including the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in several countries across Africa. He also trained professionals on Selling Skills courses. In 2000, Compaq West Africa invited Victor to join their company as Training Consultant. While there Victor set up the first Compaq training division and went on to train several hundred engineers to both technical and sales certifications. Victor had a major influence on the Nigerian IT industry through the Compaq training he provided, and in 2001 earned the Compaq Super Achiever Award for his pioneering and exceptional work. After a couple of years he moved out of the training room to manage Compaqs Channel and Warranty division. He later took up a sales position becoming HPs first Imaging and Printing Sales Manager for West Africa covering Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia. A few years after that, he became the District Manager for the Solutions Partner Organisation at HP, overseeing HPs reseller and distributions sales channel delivering about USD80m to HP's business. In August 2008, Microsoft invited Victor to join them as Distribution Manager covering Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia.

Throughout Victors career he has constantly given back to the society through his various volunteer endeavours. He volunteers regularly as Trainer, Seminar Facilitator and Mentor for FATE Foundation, a Not-for-Profit organisation providing business consulting and training for Small and Medium Businesses in Nigeria. He is also an ordained District Pastor at The Living Faith Church (a.k.a. Winners Chapel), Canaanland, Ota, Nigeria.

He hosts a personal development programme on radio and TV.

Outside his regular work Victor enjoys reading, singing, swimming, listening to audio books, regular exercise and dancing. Many corporate organisations in many sectors of the economy, churches and schools, representing over 5,000 individuals and over 300 organisations, have at some point had the privilege of experiencing the motivating and exhilarating training abilities of Victor Diali.
