Mr. Arkhipov, professor, candidate of economics, graduated from Vsesojuznyi Institute of Engineering. Since 2009 he is a Chairman of the non-commercial partnership “Russian National Committee for Black Sea Economic Cooperation”. Previously, Mr. Arkhipov held a position of CEO at “Rusinterexpo” Ltd and “Energoinvest” Ltd, also he was a President of the Far-East Fund of entrepreneurship development and investments and a vice-President at Russian Chamber of Commerce of Private and Joint Stock. Mr Arkhipov actively takes part in social and political life. Since 2010 he is a member of the Committee “For the celebration of the Slavonic writing and culture Day” as well as a member of the Organizational committee of the International Investment forum “Sochi”.
