Tony, having a professional background in Psychology, is an experienced Coach, Trainer and Professional Speaker and has worked both nationally and internationally. He is also a founding Director of Academy of High Achievers Ltd.
He also regularly trains other Coaches, Trainers, Speakers, HR professionals and change facilitators to help them them to perform at a higher level of effectiveness in their work.
Tony combines a blend of NLP, DiSC, Emotional Intelligence and other powerful approaches that he has developed through modelling excellence. He takes an'inside out' approach to success - when people align their thoughts, perceptions, beliefs, values, identity and purpose with their goals, their 'resource gates' open up and everything starts to fall into place. They begin to really thrive!
