Tom Hoisington

A graduate of California State University at Fullerton, Tom has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years. His experiences in sales, sales management, and sales training have given him insight into how sales representatives need to convey concepts and solutions that make it easy for consumers to buy.

As an investigator and compliance officer, Tom has seen firsthand the damage done to a company's reputation by unethical sales practices. For the past 10 years, Tom has worked for a non-profit credit counseling agency where he has helped individuals and families master the basics of budgeting, credit, debt, collections, and consumer rights and responsibilities.

Drawing on these experiences, Tom has delivered customized presentations for such organizations as Consumer Debt Counselors, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, the MONY Group, the Independent Order of Foresters, the Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando Options! Program, the Florida Fraternal Congress, and the Jewish Family Services Family Stabilization Program.

In 2007, Mr. Hoisington founded Eagle One Resources, LLC with the vision of providing financial education that will empower individuals and families to become good stewards of their financial resources and obtain best value from their expenditure of funds.
