Taylar Stallings

A three sport letter-man athlete in high school, Taylar earned All-State honors in track and field for shot put and discus (2003). These accomplishments helped her secure an athletic scholarship to the University of South Florida where she continued to excel in track and field. There, she left as one of USF’s All-Time greatest athlete holding at least a top four ranking in five different events. She ended my career ranked 13th by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in discus and holding numerous All-Conference and All-Regional honors (Big East and Conference USA). She received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of South Florida, she am certified by the American Fitness and Professionals Association and on target to complete my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification by summer, 2011. After graduation, Taylar took up the sport of competitive power lifting. Power lifting is a strength sport and its training can help people maximize their abilities in the squats, bench press and dead lift. She trains and competes as a power lifter without any performance-enhancing drugs. Currently Taylar is the #1 ranked Raw Female Power lifter in the nation in the 165 lb category with a combined total lift of 1211 lbs. She is also one of the top dead lifters in the country pound for pound with a pull of 518 lbs at 163 lbs. Taylar lives her life by pushing herself harder in everything that she does. Taylar coaches student-athletes at the high school and collegiate levels, and many have advanced to various national competitions. With a background in competing competitively in the next level many of her athletes find it easy to relate to her coaching styles and inspirations.
