Sue Hawkes

Sue Hawkes is a best selling author, Certified Management Effectiveness Coach, internationally recognized seminar leader, speaker and entrepreneur with 19 years experience.  Her experience includes working across industries with all sizes of organizations. Sue specializes in the domains of communication, leadership, coaching and organizational excellence.

Ms. Hawkes primarily works with individuals and organizations committed to excellence.  In 1995, Sue co-founded Vistar Integrated Programs, an international training and consulting company.  She currently owns and operates YESS! – Your Extraordinary Success Strategies, Inc. a world-class training design and delivery firm. Sue also co-founded Ideal Coaching, an Ontological coaching certification and training division. Sue founded and facilitates two of the four Minnesota Chapters of the Women President’s Organization.

As a dynamic and inspiring leader, Sue has designed and delivered experiential, transformational programs for thousands of people in the Mexico, England, Canada, Africa and the United States.  She also served as an adjunct Professor for Metropolitan State University teaching Entrepreneurship and Marketing for

several years.

Her work has contributed to organizational and personal breakthroughs in effective communication and sustained productivity in multi-national and American organizations such as Best Buy, Xcel Energy, Starkey Laboratories, Fallon Worldwide, Green Mill Restaurants, Pawn America, St. Jude Medical, Allied Executives, deBeer Law, Twin Cities Human Resources Association, Bay West, Twin Modal, Premium Waters (a division of Coca Cola), Eli Lilly and many others.

Sue has been featured in The Business Journal, Minnesota Business and the StarTribune, on KARE 11’s Morning News and Sunrise show, the Pat Miles show and FM 107 & other national radio and internet radio programs.  Sue was a regular contributor to Women’s Business Minnesota magazine, has written articles for Inc.com and is featured in the film “ The Answer to Absolutely Everything.”  She was a featured presenter for the 2008 International conference of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and presents annually for the Twin Cities ASTD Chapter.
