Steven Capo Biography
I currently run a tennis consulting company, called CTA, in New Jersey, where we are hired to transform tennis and wellness programs. We have worked with national-ranked juniors and adults of all skill levels.
I completed the book, Fast Track Tennis. The Common Sense Rules of Training; Join the New Winners after 25 years of playing and teaching. The book goes through a series of tennis techniques and metaphors for life that have seen students improve faster and play better than those that have been playing the game for years.
Students are also given the tools to transfer this system to there work and day-day to lives, seeing life changing improvement in there relationships and careers
I played four years of Division I tennis at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and competed for several years on the ATP Satellite Tour. I have trained over 1000 athletes from juniors to adults. I have coached over 20 nationally ranked juniors, 18 Division I college players, and three who have compete on the ATP Tour.
