How does Scot Know?

Scot began in the real estate business as an investor, accumulating a portfolio of over $2 Million Dollars worth by the young age of 24. He also managed to accumulate a wife and four children at the same time (actually the children took several more years). His entry into the real estate industry as a licensed agent began 8 years later and it was here that he really found his niche. He had already built two successful sales organizations by the time he entered real estate as a licensed agent and he quickly climbed to the top of the production charts. Shortly after proving himself as a successful, multi-million dollar producer, he began traveling the country conducting sales training for his mentor Floyd Wickman. A few years later Scot entered the world of technology at a time when color monitors and notebook computers were hardly heard of and reserved for the NERD population. He conducted training sessions combining his selling skills and layered with the proper use of technology. He eventually ended up running the company which originally was known as SuperStar Computing in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and was later bought out by Merrill May Printing. His career then took him to one of the top executive positions for a company known in the real estate industry for their Virtual Tours, a company that later became known as iPIX. His leadership skills and deep understanding of the real estate industry helped him to take a 12 person, technology oriented company hidden in the back woods of Tennessee to eventually becoming one of the nations fastest growing and most prosperous suppliers within the real estate community. Of course then came the technology bubble burst of 2000 and from there Scot once again changed directions. He took all of his various experiences from his years of sales training, technology training and web marketing training and began speaking, training and conducting one-on-one personal sales coaching. His expertise was in the way he managed to bring 21st century selling skills into a population of sales people stuck using 20th century tools and techniques. He continues to create new and effective workshops and courses for the real estate industry.
