Sara Mathew

Sara Mathew, former CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Corp., also served as leader, strategy and chief financial officer of D&B, the leading provider of global business information tools and insight, from August 2001 to October 2013. Ms. Mathew was also a member of the Company’s Global Leadership Team.

Through her diverse domestic and international experience and her ability to achieve profitability, Ms. Mathew proved her performance skills and her broad financial background. She leveraged her financial acumen to successfully implement D&B’s business strategy, the Blueprint for Growth, and increase shareholder value.

Before joining D&B, Ms. Mathew spent 18 years at Procter & Gamble. She served as vice president of finance responsible for the ASEAN region, which included Australia, Asia and India. Prior to that, she progressed through a series of finance and general leadership positions including assistant treasurer and director of investor relations, comptroller for the Paper Products division and comptroller and chief financial officer of the Global Baby Care business unit.

Ms. Mathew was on the board of directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and the United Way in Cincinnati, Ohio.

She holds a bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry and mathematics from Women's Christian College in Madras, India. She has a master's degree in accounting from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants, in India, and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
