Phyllis Sisenwine

Phyllis Sisenwine is a Master Certified Coach and founder of Powerful Solutions, Inc. who offers coaching services to entrepreneurs, lawyers and other business people who want to improve their professional and personal success.

Phyllis helps people focus on business development strategies to increase performance and profitability. Clients learn proven ways to increase their revenues even as they generate time for personal growth. In the past decade her coaching expertise has earned her an international reputation among legal and other business professionals.

Phyllis is an author, well-known motivational speaker and member of the National Speakers Association. She has made numerous presentations to corporate and association audiences and contributed her expertise in two books and more than 45 articles. She writes “The Coach’s Corner,” a bimonthly newspaper column in the Legal Intelligencer, and publishes “Powerful Solutions,” a free monthly e-zine.

Before turning her talents to coaching, Phyllis was a top-producing sales professional in the office-supply field for more than 20 years, earning the title “Salesperson of the Year” many times in her selling career.

Phyllis is a founding member of the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance and serves on the board of the Professional Women’s Roundtable and other non-profit groups. She is a frequent guest on radio and television shows.
