Noel Hannon is Principal of Hannon Associates and established the consulting practice after a long successful career at Motorola, Inc. While at Motorola he held leadership positions in Human Resource Information Systems, Compensation, and HR Strategy / Measurement. In the latter position, he was responsible for the research of alternative HR service delivery models, the development and execution of the HR strategy process, the benchmarking of HR processes and measures, the formulation of strategic measures for the HR scorecard, and the

development of approaches for reporting results to the CEO.  The responsibilities of this position provided the opportunity to be exposed to and/or work with some of the leading thinkers in the Human Capital strategy and measurement space including Dave Ulrich, Wayne Brockbank, John Bourdreau, Ed Lawler, Jeanne DiFrancesco, and Dr. Jac Fitz-Enz.

Besides the experience gained within Motorola, Noel has held leadership positions outside the company as well. He has served on the Advisory Board of the Saratoga Institute. He is past president of the Arizona Industrial Compensation Association and Midwest Chapter of the International Human Resource Information Management Association (IHRIM). He has served as a member of the IHRIM Board of Directors and is currently a member of their Professional Development Committee and Conference Content Committee. In addition, he is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and has been an instructor in the World at Work certification program for over 15 years.
