Noah Manduke

Noah Manduke is the Chief Strategy Officer of the Jeff Skoll Group. He works alongside the leadership of Jeff Skoll Group organizations— primarily the Skoll Foundation, Skoll Global Threats Fund, Participant Media, and Capricorn Investment Group—to continually sharpen their strategic plans and facilitate opportunities for collaborative impact within the Group. Noah is a principal advisor to and spokesperson for Jeff Skoll, triaging opportunities and working with key outside partners to advance the aims of Jeff Skoll and his organizations.

Prior to joining the Jeff Skoll Group, he was the president of Durable Good, a management consulting firm focused on helping the social sector leverage brand building disciplines to accelerate impact. Beyond Jeff Skoll’s organizations, Durable Good’s clients included World Vision Canada, Half the Sky Foundation, and the corporate responsibility divisions of Disney and Mattel.

In 1997, Noah joined leading branding firm Siegel+Gale as the Managing Director of its West Coast operations. Under his leadership, the West Coast tripled in size by attracting clients such as Lexus, Microsoft, Adobe, Technicolor, Sony, Yahoo, the National Childhood Cancer Foundation, and the Skoll Foundation. Siegel+Gale was acquired by the Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMNI) in 2003. Noah was named president and chief operating officer of Siegel+Gale eighteen months later.

Before joining Siegel+Gale, Noah spent 13 years at ad agency, Ogilvy & Mather, where he was a Senior Partner and member of its Los Angeles office operating board. Prior to Ogilvy & Mather, Noah did a stint at public relations firm, Rogers & Cowan, where he apprenticed directly with industry pioneer Henry Rogers.

Noah has received many prestigious awards, including three American Marketing Association “Effie” Awards and two David Ogilvy Awards for advertising programs that generated outstanding business results. Noah has spoken around the world on branding and marketing best practices at venues such as The Conference Board, The Direct Marketing Association (2007 Nonprofit Conference), The Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship, The Industry Standard, ShoWest, and WebFest.

Noah has also been actively involved with numerous non-profit organizations: he is a former national trustee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; he worked with Arnold Schwarzenegger on the re-branding of the After-School All-Stars foundation; and Noah is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the UCLA Alumni Association.

Noah is a UCLA graduate and lives in Agoura Hills, CA with his wife, Lori, and two sons, Justin and Joel.
