Nenad Marovac

Nenad is the Founder and CEO of DN Capital . DN Capital was founded June 2000 and now has operations in London, Berlin and Silicon Valley with € 239 million under management. Nenad is based in London and oversees the global operations with day to day responsibility for operations in the UK and Germany. Prior to DN Capital Nenad was a Partner at Advent International in the London office where he focused on TMT investments. Prior to his MBA at Harvard, Nenad spend two years in Berlin as an Advisor to the Treuhandanstalt privatizing assets from the former DDR. Prior to that, Nenad was a Financial Analyst in the leveraged buyout group of Bankers Trust in New York focusing on media and communications.

Nenad focuses on investments in e-commerce, marketplaces, mobile and digital media companies. Amongst his select investments are Shazam Entertainment (World's leading mobile application), Apsmart (Acquired by Thomson Reuters), Datanomic (Acquired by Oracle), Delectable, Endeca (Acquired by Oracle), JacobsRimell (Acquired by Amdocs), Mister Spex, Purple Bricks, Tbricks (Acquired by Orc), Quandoo (sold to Recruit Holdings), Windeln and OLX (Acquired by Naspers). Nenad is Chairman of the EVCA (rebranded Invest Europe) VC council and on the EVCA Digital Task Force. He is also an active member of YPO in London and Berlin.
