Neil Ashe

Mr. Neil M. Ashe has been an Executive Vice President of Wal-Mart Stores Inc., since January 16, 2012. Mr. Ashe has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Global Ecommerce Business at Wal-Mart Stores Inc., since January 2012. He serves as Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer at CBS Corporation. Mr. Ashe served as the Chief Executive Officer of C-Net, Inc. Mr. Ashe served as the Chief Executive Officer of CNET Networks Inc., since October 10, 2006. Mr. Ashe served as the President of CBS Interactive Inc. at CBS Radio, Inc., a subsidiary of CBS Corporation from June 2008 to March 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President at CNET Networks Inc., from October 2005 to October 2006 and was responsible for its Community, Business, International and Channel divisions, as well as Corporate Strategy and Development. Mr. Ashe served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Development of CNET since May 2002. Prior to CNET Networks, he founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of several start-up companies in the Internet, business to business electronic marketplace and financial services industries. Mr. Ashe served as a Partner and Managing Director at Crest Communications Holdings L.L.C. from 1996 to 1999. From 1990 to 1994, he served an associate in Mergers & Acquisitions Group of Smith Barney Inc. Mr. Ashe served as Vice Chairman of Interactive Advertising Bureau Inc., since April 2009 and its Director since April 2007. He has been an Executive Director of CNET Networks Inc., since October 10, 2006. He has been a Director of AMC Networks Inc since June 30, 2011. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Personal, Inc. He serves on the boards of LivingSocial and the Georgetown University Board of Regents. Mr. Ashe holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from Georgetown University.
