Martin Kutscher

Martin L. Kutscher, M.D. has more than 20 years of experience diagnosing and treating families affected by attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, autistic spectrum, learning, tics, and other neurobehavioral disorders. He has lectured internationally on the topics, and has published five books including: ADHD: Living Without Brakes, Kids in the Syndrome Mix of ADHD, LD, Asperger's, Tourette's, Bipolar and More: The One Stop Guide for Parents, Teachers, and Other Professionals, and The ADHD Book: Living Right Now! His next book, Organizing the Disorganized Child:Simple Strategies to Succeed in School (HarperStudio), co-authored with Marcella Moran, is the essential guide to helping your child get organized. His talk on the topic covers the root of organizational problems and lays out a clear plan to help the child develop an organizational system that really works. Kutscher's informative, empathic, and humorous lectures are customized for each audience - from colleges and universities, to parent and teacher organizations, to support groups and therapists - and range from one hour talks to all day sessions.

Kutscher graduated summa cum laude from Columbia College in New York City, and received his M.D. from Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed a pediatric internship and residency at Temple University's St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. His neurology residency and pediatric neurology fellowship were completed at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is board certified in Pediatrics and in Neurology, with Special Qualification in Child Neurology. Dr. Kutscher is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics and of Neurology at the New York Medical College.

Kutscher's medical practice is limited to pediatric behavioral neurology, with his main office in Rye Brook, New York.
