Bio: Twenty-five years in the C-suite of Fortune 500 companies has honed her skills and helped shape her into the dynamic force that is the Kristin Kaufman today. Kristin Kaufman is founder and CEO of Alignment, Inc. formed in 2007 to help individuals, corporations, boards of directors and non-profits find alignment within themselves and their organizations. Alignment, Inc. is a unique services organization that works with companies and individuals to create sustainable success individually and collectively. She has brought this expertise to hundreds of people since establishing Alignment. Her past and current clients include Accenture, Hewlett-Packard, HMS, Frito-Lay, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Uplift Education, NYC Leadership Academy, Logicalis, and many others. During her 25 years of corporate experience, she held executive positions at Hewlett-Packard, Vignette Corporation and United Health Group. In 2009, Kristin pursued and was awarded, the distinction of Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation and also achieved the designation of Certified Leadership Coach through the esteemed program of Georgetown University. A prolific writer, Kristin first book centers on her global experiences seeding her journey toward alignment, was released in 2011 to international acclaim. Her 2nd book in the series focused on late in life successes, released in 2015, has been widely endorsed.
