King Parker

King began his acting and music career as many do; because a teacher didnt provide him another option. In fact at ten years of age, he wrote, and began production on a radio script involving a realistic twist on Orson Wells War of The Worlds famous broadcast. King continued to demonstrate a knack for improvisations, voice manipulation, and serious theater work. Those skills were later honed at Purdue University in various performances in co-starring and starring roles. For two years, under the guide of Sandra Gay from New York, he showed himself to be a seminal character and regular cut-up.

He focused on his academics after turning down Purdue Universitys offer in the role in A Raisin In The Sun, a decision that he laments: I really think back to that moment and slap my forehead. Not because I could not do it but because Walter Lee was me at that point in my life maybe even today on some levels. However, academics came first back thenstill. So he continued his music work part time while climbing the ranks of corporate America.

Along the way, his gifts opened doors for him to sit with various business leaders and entertainers who were amazed that with his array of voices and musical talents, he had not considered adding more writing, acting, or production credentials to his name. In 2008, he began consulting on projects with Swagger Entertainment Inc in producing stage plays and other music media. He also began concentrating his efforts more into writing and business investment consultation for those in the entertainment space through the founding of King Parker Entertainment Inc.

King continues to do production work, most recently he played a small role and worked as a producer, acting coach, and set co-manager for Infinite Visun Films project Man I Fested. King continues to hone his craft and is negotiating with a top tier Atlanta area radio station for more voice work via their highly syndicated morning show.

He also has extensive Finance, Consulting, and Managerial roles within Corporate America from some of the most recognized firms around the world in IT, Manufacturing, Mobile Tech, Financial Services, and Government and Political Campaigns. He often says, "I have done just about everything a person can do legally to earn a living...it wasn't a GREAT living if you look back at some of those W-2's!"
