MMA is mixed martial arts (or ultimate fighting) and it's the fastest growing sport on Earth. It is a billion dollar industry. I'm a popular personality in the sport.
My name is Kevin Garvey but I'm better known in as TheGARV. I'm an MMA journalist and comedian, with a successful website and strong industry contacts. My MMA-themed comedy videos have amassed over five million hits on YouTube.
I just turned 50 years old, but I train with former UFC champion Matt Serra and people are always shocked at my youthful appearance. The uploaded picture is recent.
My lawn is important to me. I need to be fit enough to deal with strapping young men who show no respect to my greenery. I need to be able to kick their asses.
I've worked out a diet and exercize plan with Dr. Sherry Wulkan. Dr. Wulkan is a well respected ringside physician who was part of television history when she appeared on CBS during the first nationally televised MMA card. She's in her 40s and trains in kickboxing.
I have extensive public speaking experience, including stand up comedy. I know how to work a room. I believe I can humorously motivate people in thier 40s, 50s and beyond to get into fighting shape and stay fit and healthy well into their golden years.
