Ken Edmundson

From 1990 through 1998, Ken served as partner, Chairman and CEO of LEDIC Management Group, Inc. He led LEDIC to become one of the ten largest and most successful multi-family property-fee-management companies in theU.S.and then led a very successful sale of the company to a Wall Street investment firm.

Prior to his position at LEDIC, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Dunavant Development Corporation and a shareholder in the parent company, Dunavant Enterprises, Inc., the 82nd largest privately held company inForbesList of Top 100 Private Companies. He was responsible for activities involving the investment, development, sale, leasing and management of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. Ken also served for six years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Memphis Aero Corporation, a subsidiary of Dunavant Enterprises, and a successful chain of general aviation fixed base operations and the world's largest distributor of Piper aircraft parts. He was instrumental in leading the negotiation and successful sale of the company to AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines.

Ken began his career in 1975 with Martin Industries, Inc. ofAlabama, a large privately held manufacturing firm with sales throughout theU.S.andCanada. At the age of 25, he assumed the responsibility as National Sales Manager and Product Director of a division with a 100-man sales force.
