Kelly Odell

A native of the USA, Kelly has been living and working in Europe for the past 25 years. Holding both a degree in theology and an MBA he is sometimes called the “Pastor turned Businessman”. As a popular, much sought after speaker, Kelly delivers a humorous, thought provoking and entertaining perspective on how successful organizations can win in today’s fast paced global business environment. Kelly shares openly from his experience of successes and failures in driving change in global corporations.

Kelly works today as a speaker and educator and has spoken to audiences across the globe on topics in the areas of Change Management, Leadership, Motivation and Sales/Marketing and always with a strong focus on execution! Kelly Odell has many years’ management experience in global corporations including Managing Director for Whirlpool Corporation in Sweden; VP Sales Volvo Cars, Sweden, President, Telia Mobile Sweden; and Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing, for TeliaSonera Corporation, the largest telecom operator in the Nordic region. Kelly has received many awards as a public speaker and has been featured in numerous publications and was recently highlighted by Veckans Affärer (one of Sweden’s leading weekly business magazines) as one of Sweden’s most influential foreigners.
