Joe McCann

Mr. Joe McCann is a Co-Founder of NodeSource, Inc. and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McCann is a hacker, tinkerer, builder and breaker with more than 13 years of web, mobile and software development experience. He is a frequent speaker on the conference circuit, actively promoting emerging technologies and relevant business use cases to acquire pragmatism to futurism. He has been Member of Advisory Board at Localeur LLC., since December 1, 2016. He has been a Member of Industry Advisory Board at OpenFin Inc. since June 2016.

With more than a dozen years of experience in front-end and back-end development, McCann has worked not only in the design world (a frog design alumnus), but also as the Mobile and Platform Architect at Bazaarvoice (Nasdaq:BV). At Bazaarvoice, Joe ran three development teams, one design team and built the entire Mobile department from scratch in under a year.

Joe's experience in various industries is widespread: from music and live events, to fashion, to Wall Street and even real estate, the perspective he brings to the mobile, design and the software engineering industries is extremely rare and unique.
