Joe Marroquin is an author and international public speaker with nearly 20 years of experience in the energy industry.  He’s published energy policy and strategy papers in academic journals and has an upcoming book.  His career has taken me from the vast oil fields of the Persian Gulf to the headquarters of the world’s largest energy corporations.  He’s am an officer in the American Association for Energy Economics and have most recently spoken at the 31st Annual International Association for Energy Economics conference in Istanbul Turkey.

Background

Joe is a native Texan.  He studied Geography and Geopolitics as an undergraduate and at a postgraduate level he’s studied global economics, energy policy and international affairs.  He’s an avid student of US constitutional theory and is a world traveler who enjoys diving WWII sites in the South Pacific.  He currently lives in Atlanta Georgia with his wife and young daughter.  In his spare time, he enjoys golf.
