For more than a decade, nationally recognized sales expert Jim Pomerance has been helping America’s top enterprises maximize potential. Pomerance began his career as a consultant with one of the pre-eminent presentation skills companies in the United States. He specialized in providing multi-national financial corporations with unique skills to refine sales presentations and communications. Impressed with the impact and value of his training sessions, he was brought on directly to coach sales teams nationwide. Pomerance became the National Sales Training Director at both AIG SunAmerica Retirement Markets and Cole Capital Markets, as well as the Southern Divisional Sales Manager at Sun Life Financial Services.

With a vision to make sales training both effective and fun, Pomerance launched his own consulting firm: Impact Speakers. His comprehensive program is designed to help improve every aspect of the sales presentation, and has yielded quantifiable results through unique coaching techniques and out-of-the-box strategies.

Born in Miami Beach, Florida, Jim lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and two children.
