Jacqueline Whitmore

Jacqueline Whitmore is a thought leader and authority in the etiquette and protocol industry. She is the author of Business Class: Etiquette Essentials for Success at Work and the founder of The Protocol School of Palm Beach, a business etiquette consulting firm whose clients include Burger King, Booz Allen Hamilton, Caterpillar, National City, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, and Bloomingdale's.

Nationally recognized for her etiquette expertise, Jacqueline is the wireless etiquette spokesperson for Sprint, the founder of National Cell Phone Courtesy Month in July, and the holiday etiquette expert for Office Depot. Her advice has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, Glamour, Time, Fortune,and O magazine. She has been interviewed by CNN, FOX News, CNBC, and ABC's 20/20, among others.

Prior to starting her company, Jacqueline served as the protocol officer and the publicist for The Breakers, a world-famous resort in Palm Beach, where she handled all media relations and advised hotel personnel on the nuances of dealing with royalty, celebrities and other VIPs.

With more than 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, Jacqueline has been a flight attendant with Northwest Airlines, a special events manager with the Walt Disney World Dolphin, and a singer and dancer at Sea World of Florida. She holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida and has been professionally trained in television, theater, and voice.
