J. Michelle Biography
Javania is a woman on a mission who refuses to be identified by her past. Her passion is to help others free themselves from the chains that bind them, while steering them on the path of wholeness. Having overcome a childhood filled with molestation, and enduring the loss of her mother at the age of 16, Javania knows first hand the dark prison of suicidal thoughts stemming from the sense of helplessness accompanied by low self-esteem. Her path to wellness evolved into a deep desire to help other young women who are experiencing the very challenges she has used as a catalyst for success. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, Javania has extensive training in Crisis Prevention, and has demonstrated the application of that knowledge as a volunteer with youth oriented organizations, working as a Mental Health Crisis Intervention Specialist and serving as a Court Appointed Mentor.
