Heike Estey

She is an international speaker,seminar leader and consultant based in New York City. Heike specializes in helping people improve their cross-cultural understanding and to effectively navigate in today's increasingly global environment. Her workshops,seminars and keynotes provide techniques that help people improve their communication and relationship building skills. Heike also familiarizes travelers of all nationalities with the procurement of passports and visas as well as security and health issues associated with international travel.

During 20 years in the travel and hospitality industry, Heike Estey has presented to people around the world. Since moving to New York City from her native Germany, Heike has traveled and conducted business in fifty- seven countries on seven continents. She brings her expertise as a world traveler to the platform including trends that are most relevant to an audience. Heike shares her expertise and personal experiences with Associations, Corporations and Educational Institutions.

Heike is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), the New York Tri-State Chapter of NSA and Meeting Professional International (MPI). She is a member and former President of the 41-74 Club of New York, the leading travel industry organization in New York City. She has earned the Certified Travel Counselor (CTC) recognition from the Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA). Heike is a member of the New York Academy of Hospitality & Tourism Industry Advisory Board.

Heike is an active member of Toastmasters International and has earned the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation, Toastmasters International's highest recognition. She has presented workshops for the Toastmasters District 46 Leadership Institute and conducts an annual Toastmasters International Youth Leadership Program for junior and senior High School students. She is the founder of the Toastmasters International Academy of Hospitality & Tourism Youth Leadership Program in New York City.
