Heath Pearce Biography
Heath Pearce is a sports broadcaster for KickTV's "The Mixer." He is a former professional football/soccer player who had a distinguished MLS career, along with IFK Göteborg & the USA national team.
Heath started his professional career signing with FC Nordsjælland in the 2004–05 Danish Superliga season. He made 75 league appearances and scored two goals for club in his two and a half seasons there.
In 2009, Pearce signed with Major League Soccer side FC Dallas. In his first full season in Dallas, Pearce helped the club to the 2010 MLS Cup final. He went on to play for New York Redbulls where he scored his first MLS goal on June 20 versus the Vancouver Whitecaps helping New York to earn a 1–1 draw with his late equalizer. In 2014, Pearce signed with Montreal Impact and appeared in 29 matches for the club.
At the international level, Pearce played 35 games for the U.S. national team, most notably during the 2009 Confederations Cup and 2009 Gold Cup. He was also on the 30-man preliminary roster for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. He also represented his country at the U20 and U17 levels.
