Eric is an award winning Toastmasters International speaker providing thought leadership content geared to helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
Eric is the Senior Advisor of Strategic Concepts, a management consulting firm. An experienced entrepreneur, Eric has founded, operated and sold several businesses over a 30 year career.
According to Eric, "Strategic Concepts has been thirty years in the making. It's been quite a ride since my father, Capt. E. Errol (Al) Langley, started his sailboat business, Atlantic Hobie, in the mid 1970's and included me in every aspect of the business, from selling boats on the beach to meeting with the banker.
I can still clearly remember the day when, as a fifteen year old teenager, he sat me down at a phone with a pile of 3 x 5 cards of prospects and told me to call them about buying a boat. Wow, was I nervous. But I did it and that moment of growing has helped me every day of my business life.
Now, through Strategic Concepts, I am a catalyst for helping others improve. In businesses this involves helping stakeholders determine where they are, where they want to be and how to get there (Values, Purpose, Vision) and creating alignment.
