Dominik Wichmann Biography
Dominik Wichmann was born in 1971 in Munich, Germany. Following this training at Berlin School of Journalism he studied political science, philosophy and american cultural history in Munich and Cambridge, Massachusetts. Dominik, who holds a Ph.D. in political science, wrote books and essays on public affairs and was editor in chief of Sueddeutsche Zeitung Magazine (2000-2011) as well as STERN magazine (2011-2014). He won several journalism awards and was nominated twice as Germany’s best editor in chief. In September 2015 he joined the DLD Team and now serves as Managing Director and Editor in Chief.
