In my coaching I coach women who are changing the world through their gifts, their purpose and their platforms (and a few fabulous men too!). I have lived the Superwoman Syndrome lifestyle and have learned there are great consequences to it. I had to learn that living in overwhelm didnt come with the territory, instead it was a learned habit that I could break! I did break it, and for the past ten years Ive been coaching and training busy moms, successful entrepreneurs, celebrities and everyone in between on how to keep your Superwoman cape and have balance too! I believe in the power and talents of women I believe that God made us to contribute in a huge way to others, our families, our jobs, our churches, our communities and the world. However, we cant do a good job with our kids, our contributions or our careers if we are sick, falling apart, depressed, scattered or just maxed out! I am passionate about being a Superwoman who is changing the world and Im equally passionate about doing it all with grace, ease and balance. I also coach/consult specifically on strategy (connection with your target market, landing, marketing, systems and communications) for small businesses (under 50 employees).
