Mortgage Stars Conferences for top producers -- Debra conducted these conferences for 9 years. The programs provided the tools for hundreds of the country's top producers to quantum leap their businesses with many of them becoming millionaires in the process. Although the final conferences were sold out crowds in Aspen and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Debra stopped conducting these conferences in 1995 to free her time to pursue other business endeavors.

Mortgage Generator -- the first newsletter designed exclusively for loan officers. Debra was the original author and publisher of this newsletter for the better part of a decade servicing thousands of subscribers throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia and Puerto Rico. She sold the newsletter in the mid 90's to Tammy Butler who continues to provide the service today.
