Deb Haggerty

Deb Haggerty, president of Positive ConnectionsSM, speaks on business topics from a position of strength. As an entrepreneur, Deb has built a successful speaking and consulting practice. As an Operations Manager for AT&T, she developed and implemented a plan which led to over $15M in service agency contracts to resellers over a nine-month period. As a District Manager for Marketing Operations, she designed the national marketing operations plan for a customer base generating over $6B in annual revenues. For Southern Bell she directed a company-wide marketing program for the firm's fifty largest customers that ranked first nationally in achieved results. As Director for Executive Communications Center, Deb developed and conducted multimedia sales presentations for a 100+ person salesforce which directly resulted in $3.5M in sales. Her experience speaks to every professional who struggles to balance career success with personal satisfaction and family priorities.

Debs an M.B.A. in Personnel and Human Resources Management and serves a variety of clients as a management consultant. She helps organizations function and manage in a more POSITIVE (People, Organization & Strategy Integrated Together in Vital Enterprise) manner. Deb is a graduate of the CLASSeminar and maintains professional affiliations with the National Speakers Association, the National Association of Women Business Owners, Meeting Professionals International and a variety of civic groups. She has achieved distinction through recognition in Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in the South and Southwest, and Who's Who of American Women.

Deb draws from business, community, and church experiences to provide a rich array of material, suitable to a wide range of purposes. She served in senior management with a Fortune 500 company for 14 years. She embarked on her career at a time when women were just gaining a foothold on the ladder of corporate success, and understands the stress of combining personal responsibilities and obligations with the drive to advance in business.

Starting her own business in 1985, Deb Haggerty's greatest delight has been to share her wealth of experience through speaking.
