Dan Paulson

For the past nineteen years, Dan's focus has been on helping companies achieve more through their strategy and their leadership. He has achieved record sales for all types of businesses ranging from small companies to multi-billion dollar corporations. Applying skills gained through business development, Dan found he had a knack for making businesses more profitable by teaching others how to manage and lead, demonstrating effective selling techniques and developing brand awareness.

In 2005, Dan combined his leadership experience with his marketing knowledge to form InVision Business Development and Marketing, LLC. The primary focus of InVision is to help businesses discover their unique path to success and help companies achieve maximum profitability and sales. This is done through a unique approach to "Cultural Branding" which involves a combination of strategic planning and organizational development.

In 2009, Dan collaborated with several other coaches to complete the book Masterminds Unleashed: Selling for Geniuses. The book takes a look at selling from a business owner's prospective and shares hints and tips to being more successful and building relationships to increase sales. Upon completion of his first book, Dan immediately began searching for a concept for a solo project. Later that same year, he began developing Apples to Apples: How to Stand Out From Your Competition which explains what is necessary to successfully differentiate your business through your culture. The book is expected to be completed by Spring of 2011.

2009 also marked the year Dan took his company internationally. That summer, Dan opened InVision's first office in Tianjin, China to help growing companies tackle the challenges of strategy and leadership through cultural differences.

Dan speaks internationally on subjects ranging from Customer Loyalty, Strategy, Organizational Development, and doing business in China.
