Curtis R. Frasier Biography
Curtis Frasier is Executive Vice President, Americas, in the global Gas & Power business of Royal Dutch Shell and a member of the Shell Petroleum Inc. Board of Directors. He is based in Houston.
Frasier has been in his current role since January 2006. He has been with Shell since 1982, starting in the legal organization of Shell Oil Company, the U.S. corporate arm of Shell. After various assignments, he transferred to London in 1990, where his roles included two years as secretary to the Royal Dutch/Shell Committee of Managing Directors. He returned to Houston in 1994, taking on increasing responsibilities across a range of Shell businesses from retail to exploration and production before being appointed President of Shell Midstream Enterprises in 1997. Beginning in 1998, Curtis held various positions in Shell’s expanded Midstream and Gas & Power businesses. Most recently, he spent four years in The Hague as general counsel for the global exploration and production business of Royal Dutch Shell.
A native of Tempe, Arizona, Curtis received his BA degree from Arizona State University in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1982.
